Position Overview: Responsible for provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of global enterprise-class systems, software, and any related enterprise infrastructure. Tasks completed autonomously with little or no supervision. Runs projects and participates in design. Provides peer direction and mentoring to less experienced employees and provides end user support services to the desktop function, c-suite support as needed and participate in HRs onboarding and off boarding process as required. Performs as Subject Matter Expert in a minimum of one IT focused specialty.

Responsibilities: Functions will include, but not limited to:

• Manage on-premise and cloud-based global compute/storage infrastructure. Design on-premise and cloud solutions for IT & Product/Engineering Infrastructure.
• Manage projects, implement new solutions and technology autonomously while providing documentation.
• Remotely manage Windows & Linux servers, improve systems automation & patch management using SCCM and like toolsets. Monitoring, and troubleshooting. Access control & OS/application diagnostics.
• Manage Azure environment. Virtual Machine & Network design/provisioning, patch management, application hardening etc. Global Subscription & Billing management & reporting.
• Manage Cloudflare environment. Including all global domains & DNS management, documentation, standardization & consolidation behind Cloudflare Proxy & WAF.
• Manage Mimecast email security environment. Advanced Policy configuration & message trace diagnostics.
• Manage on-prem & Azure-based Hybrid Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Exchange Hybrid Server, & Exchange Online mailboxes & configurations. System design, implementation and support.
• Manage Microsoft 365/Azure AD/Entra ID tenant settings, policies, including Microsoft Security & Purview Compliance Portal.
• Manage US mobile cellular lines assignment & billing.
• Assist with Atlassian Application Administration & Configurations inc. JIRA, JSM, Confluence, BitBucket, Fisheye/Crucible.
• Second level end-user support services (laptops, printers, application issues, etc).
• Server and application monitoring (PRTG/Zabbix or similar toolsets).

Experience/Requirements:8 - 10 years related experience total

• All current versions of Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server OS, Active Directory, Group policy design/implementation.
• Advanced Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD Tenant Admin Experience & Exchange Online. Including SAML-based SSO Application configuration, Conditional Access Policies, & Authentication Policies/MFA.
• Advanced Microsoft Security & Compliance Portal experience.
• Experience with Cloudflare or related Global Website CDN/WAF Solutions. Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust Platform/Cloudflare Tunnels a plus.
• Experience with Mimecast or related SMTP/Email Security Solutions.
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Machines & related infrastructure/configurations.
• Experience managing public CA certificate renewals & documentation.
• Experience with SCCM a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Intune Endpoint a plus.
• Security monitoring, log management, log correlation a plus

Education: 4 yr. degree or a combination of education and increasing hands-on experience. A , Network , Security , MCSE, VCP, CCNA and vendor certifications or higher a plus

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline preferred or combination of education and increasing experience

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
This base pay range will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Inseego.
